Max is an AI governance and compliance consultant with experience in business analysis, project delivery, business transformation, data analytics and AI project development. He holds ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer, Project Management Professional (PMP) and PMI Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (PMI-DASM) qualifications. His focus is translating business needs and AI risks into practical policies, clear responsibilities and usable governance arrangements, supported by staff training and ongoing improvement.

Yuezhou is an AI compliance and governance consultant with extensive experience in compliance. She holds an ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer certificate and brings a risk and compliance management perspective to practical AI governance.
